It is with much joy and nachat that I proudly present to you our first-ever Israel Real Estate Guide Magazine. This new international publication, which we are distributing throughout the tri-state area, Southern Florida, and in Israel the week before Sukkot, is jampacked with so many great original features about nearly every aspect of the Israel real estate world. It contains articles on the leading developers, developments, realtors, and the communities, both new and established, that us Anglos tend to want to purchase, invest, visit and for growing numbers today, to live in.

As I read through these articles before going to print, I am flabbergasted at how much there is in this first annual edition, and how much I have learned from it. I hope you will feel the same as I do and you enjoy it as much as I did, whether you are thinking about taking your first steps into the Israeli real estate world or you already own a piece of Eretz Yisroel.
